Who doesn't know Pari Island, one of the islands in the southern Thousand Islands has become a magnet for local and foreign tourists lately .
Recently weekendvibes have the opportunity to take a vacation to visit Pari Island, for some members of weekendvibes, this is the second visit, but still feels special. Especially for the first time visiting Pari Island, seemed to find an oasis in the middle of the desert. Overreacting? of course, with the hustle , bustle and crowded of the capital, Pari Island feels like a paradise of the world. Our enthusiasm starts from leaving early in the morning to the port of Kali Adem, Muara Angke .
To get to the Island, there are two alternatives, you can take a wooden boat from Kali Adem, Muara Angke or take a fast boat from Marina Port, Ancol
For friends with limited budget, wooden boats are the answer, just pay the ticket Rp. 45,000, you and other two hunderd something passengers will be directly transported to Pari Island (or Rp 90,000 return ticket). For more fortune tourists who are more into comfort and time save, you can choose fast boat services by spending Rp. 150,000 (or Rp. 300,000 return ticket).
Well, weekendvibes members departed from Kali Adem at 07.00 AM in the morning (so you know that we have very limited budget, hahahah). The trip to Pari Island took about 2.5 hours. The trip was so long that we fell asleep, woke up, and slept again, and still had not reached the island.
Approaching the island of Pari, our eyes are spoiled with clear sea water with white sand beaches. Once landing, all ship passengers scramble to get off. The tour guides are waiting on the edge of the harbor to guide us to the inn. Arriving at the inn, weekendvibes members were treated to a welcome drink, fruity icy jelly dink, really refreshing.
